SEPREMIUM 2
Compressed air condensate separator
The JORC SEPREMIUM range of oil/water separators separates oil from condensate, generated by compressed air systems. The SEPREMIUM achieves separation of oil from condensate by means of directing the condensate through various separation stages.
Principle workings of the SEPREMIUM
As condensate flows in to the SEPREMIUM, the oil is filtered out through various filtration elements. The oil adsorbing elements are designed to combine various types of adsorption technologies to achieve less than 10 ppm oil residue values at the output stage.
The package includes a fixing bracket allowing for floor or wall mounting.
The SEPREMIUM 2 can be applied as a stand-alone item or as part of an integrated package of the compressor system. The compact size allows for easy installation inside compressor packages.
Technical Advantages
- High performance elements applied.
- Simple installation and maintenance procedures.
- Successful separation of mineral oil and synthetic lubricants.
- Special elements available for Ultra-Coolant*, Sigma Mol and Roto-Inject* applications.
Fixing bracket included.
Commercial Benefits
- Operates with all JORC type drains (both timer controlled and zero air loss).
- Larger models available for larger compressor capacities.
- Competitive pricing levels.
- Small footprint for easy handling and installation.
- *Roto-inject, Ultracoolant and Sigma Mol are oil brands available in the market for compressor lubrication.
JORC PURO®
The PURO is designed to separate oil from condensate that is extracted from compressed air systems. The PURO condensate separator covers compressor capacities up to 8 m³/min.
Polypropylene has the perfect effect on oil. It attracts oil and captures it, almost as if it draws oil like a magnet. That simplicity and our technology are at the root of the PURO’s efficiency to clean virtually all types of condensate, emulsified or not.
The typical output oil residue value is less than 10 ppm.
All PURO models can accept condensate discharge from intelligent drains, timer drains, float drains and manual drains.
Key Features
- Any type of condensate drain may be applied.
- The PURO does not require a condensate-settling reservoir.
- Only four models covering up to 70m3/min compressor capacity.
- Separation of mineral lubricants.
- Separation of synthetic lubricants.
- Separation of stabile emulsions.
- Separation of polglycol lubricants.
- Test valve & kit is supplied as standard for visual indication of element performance.
- Overflow indicator.
