Returns & Refunds Policy
RSA Pty Ltd is committed to providing high quality products and services. This policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, repairs, and exchanges.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are found to be faulty, not as described, unfit for purpose, or do not perform as expected.
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose between a replacement or a refund. If the failure is minor, we may choose to repair the product, replace it, or offer a refund.
Return Authorisation
All returns must have prior authorisation from RSA Pty Ltd before being sent back.

Incorrectly Supplied Goods
If goods have been incorrectly supplied by CCAS Solutions:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of receipt
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible
- A full refund or credit will be provided
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are received faulty or damaged:
- Please notify us within 7 days of delivery
- You may be required to return the item for inspection or manufacturer assessment
- Where required, goods must be returned in the condition received, including all packaging and accessories
Once assessed, we will determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is applicable in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
Where a customer wishes to return stocked items for reasons other than incorrect supply or fault, RSA Pty Ltd may, at its discretion, accept a return subject to the following conditions:
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Items are returned within 30 days of purchase
- Goods are unused, unopened and in saleable condition
- Original packaging, labels, manuals and all included components are intact and undamaged
- Items were not marked “Sale”, “Clearance” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
Goods that are past their use-by date, opened, or unsaleable cannot be returned.
Customised Items
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided for custom items/products where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the item cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any proposed orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or authorisation from RSA Pty Ltd is provided:
- Custom-built or made-to-order equipment
Hygiene & Safety Restrictions
Due to hygiene and safety requirements:
Certain respiratory products cannot be refunded or exchanged, including (but not limited to):
- Products intended for personal respiratory use
- Items sealed for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken
These items may only be returned if they are faulty or not as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Assessment & Saleability
All authorised returns are subject to inspection. We consider:
- Saleability of the item
- Age of the goods
- Condition of the product and packaging
Items that do not meet return requirements may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns
- RSA Pty Ltd will cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied
Processing Time
We aim to process all approved refunds, repairs or replacements within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
