The Role
Complete Compressed Air Systems (CCAS) are on the search for a motivated individual to fulfil their Field Service Technician role on full-time basis.
The CCAS Field Service Technician will often work unsupervised and will be key in representing CCAS at a customer level where exceptional service is paramount.
The successful candidate will carry out a variety of on-site service-related activities including:
- Preventative maintenance, repairs and fault diagnosis on compressed air systems and related equipment
- Intermittent pipework, air dryer and compressor installation support
- Filtration servicing
- Reporting to sales team for sales opportunities
Our fleet of vehicles are well-equipped with all of the necessary tools and equipment to conduct all servicing and installations in the field.
This role offers a very competitive salary plus commission and monthly bonus incentive program.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- a trade certificate (preferred) in Maintenance/Mechanical Fitting, Mechanics or Electrical fitting. Experience will be considered in lieu of a certificate
- an ability to conduct mechanical diagnostic troubleshooting and determine the best solution
- a current Victorian driver’s licence
- a positive, can-do attitude
- the ability to learn quickly
- excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
